As a participant in the Reuters Events: Transform Food & Agriculture USA 2024, and Bayer’s Re-Gen-Nect 2025 Joshua shared insights on scaling sustainable practices in farming. His expertise includes project management, SAP integration, and quality assurance, making him a valuable resource for initiatives aimed at enhancing agricultural sustainability. Sara Betcher
Hello, my name is Sara Betcher and I am the majority owner and CEO of Gustafson Engineered Solutions LLC. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls where I majored in Agricultural Studies with an emphasis in Food Science and have also attained my certificate in Human Resources from Cardinal Stritch University. I have spent 11 years in the food industry holding various roles in manufacturing leadership including quality, safety, and human resources and 9 years within local government administration focusing on finance and vendor management. In my free time I like to spend time with my family and attend livestock shows where my three daughters show their meat goats.
