Four sizes. One proven platform.
Every Continuous Batch Treater is built on the same proven machine with your choice of three control configurations — from the patented loss-in-weight platform to a basic turn-key setup. Recommended for barley, canola, corn, cotton, soybean, sugar beet, sunflower, vegetable, and wheat seed.
One treater. Three ways to run it.
Pick the level of automation that fits your plant and your budget — the treater underneath is the same proven machine either way.
Treater Solutions LIW Platform
The patented flagship configuration — every batch weighed, verified, and connected to the rest of your plant.
- Loss-in-weight accuracy
- One PLC, every recipe
- Self-correcting batches
- Integration with plant network
Treater Solutions Unitized Control
Full PLC automation that runs on its own — metered by flowmeter, no plant network required.
- Flowmeter control
- One PLC, every recipe
- Self-correcting batches
- Stand-alone system control
Basic Turn-Key
The lowest-investment way into the platform — you calibrate and correct, it treats.
- Manual calibration
- Manual correction for accuracy
- Low-investment automation
- Stand-alone operational control
CBT 25
The smallest footprint in the series — and the same proven platform as the flagship. The CBT 25 brings full recipe discipline to compact operations, so smaller sites treat with the same confidence as the big plants.
- Same control options as the CBT 200 — basic turn-key to the full LIW platform
- Atomized liquid application for uniform seed coverage
- A right-sized entry into the Gustafson platform
CBT 50
A step up in throughput on the identical machine. The CBT 50 is built for small plants that need dependable accuracy batch after batch — without jumping to high-volume equipment.
- Self-correcting batches on the LIW and Unitized configurations — auto-adjusts when product runs high or low of target
- Verified by the combined weight of seed and liquid chemical on the LIW platform
- Uniform coverage from atomized application
CBT 100
For retailers and co-ops with real seasonal pressure. The CBT 100 keeps busy sites moving through multi-crop seasons — with available auto messaging watching operation, alarms, and seed or chemical levels before they cost you a shift.
- Fast recipe switching across seed types — one PLC runs every recipe on both automated configurations
- Auto messaging on operation, last batch, alarms, and low levels
- Pairs naturally with complete-system layouts as sites grow
CBT 200
The flagship of the series. On the LIW platform, the CBT 200’s industrial PC interface displays total grams, target grams, actual grams, and percent accuracy for chemical — so every batch is documented, not assumed.

Boost Assembly · 200 → 240
A compact stack-on assembly that expands the above-bowl chamber by 20% using WEG motor power — with no significant change to discharge or batch time in testing to date. Corn and soy bulk density still fit the scale in a single weigh, and the cylinder can be removed to restore standard capacity.
- WEG motor upgrade, with nested shaft & hub assembly included
- Replacement discharge housing eases fit-up to downstream equipment
- We’ll evaluate grain handling to and from the treater, plus VFD sizing and batch-size coding, as part of the fit check
Tell us your crops and volumes — we’ll size it.
The New Application form captures capacity, chemistry, and site power in about ten minutes, straight to Sara and Josh.
